I am a nursing student. My first stethoscope I purchased is a Littmann, which I love. However, I have always liked the colors of this MDF scope and purchased it as an additional stethoscope. When I received it, it was oily and there are tons of small scratches around the rim of the bell. I am pretty sure I received a used product. The tubing is very stiff. The dual-head also clicks back and forth way too easily, and was doing so as I was trying to auscultate. Overall, I was unimpressed with the quality of this scope. I went to start a return and found it was not eligible, which was very frustrating, especially if they are going to send out used products like this. Luckily, Amazon customer service is fantastic and they were able to help me. I definitely will be sticking with Littmann when I purchase stethoscopes from now on!
