I purchased these for my two dogs because we sometimes leave them home alone while at work, and they have a doggy door to go in and out of the house. I just wanted to make sure they didn't escape from the yard while we were away. We have two schnauzers, one is 15 lbs. and the other is about 25 lbs. I paid for 1 year of services for two trackers and for the base. The tracker itself is bulky and hangs on their collar. All it takes to get the tracker off is to pinch the two sides and it pops right off. Within a month of using my dogs had removed one of the trackers from the collar and chewed it to pieces. The other tracker lasted about 2 more weeks. both trackers were ruined. My dogs are little and not aggressive, these things are just poorly designed that any dog biting them could get them off. I spent a lot of money for the system and pre-paid service. I called them to see if I could at least get a refund for the pro-rated services that I didn't use and they said no, they don't give refunds after it is purchased. He then asked if I would stay with the services if he could replace the bad trackers, but after checking on it he then said he couldn't replace the trackers anyway. They took my hundreds of dollars and I have nothing to show for it.
