Tracfone customer service is an abhorration. I bought two of these phones and added another with a BYOP kit for a total of three phones. None of them were able to receive data so I contacted their customer service to resolve the issue. I have not had a worse customer service experience in my life. Unintelligible directions. Noisy call center noise in the background. Shouting going both ways, both myself and the customer service reps I dealt with. By the end of the call I'd decided I wanted nothing to do with this company anymore. Refunded all services and both phones. Don't get roped in by the super affordable plans they offer. You get what you pay for.
