The device came in a nice box and I was excited about getting the device. Activation was easy and the app download for cell phone. The device is not accurate at all. I had problems from day 1 with the accuracies in the location of my pet and myself in the app. The pet would be sitting still and the device app was showing the pet all over the place, moving. The sound feature did nt work and the light is a tiny little led that flashes. HERE IS THE PART TO PAY ATTENTION TO: This company is out of Australia, NO SUPPORT NUMBER TO CALL, I had to respond only in an email which took weeks by the time we kept going back and forth. After being fed up with no support on the issues I was having I decided to cancel my subscription ONLY to be told that I paid for a year so that the subscription would be canceled in 352 days. That's right, I'm within my 14 days and they are not billing me for the first 30 days and keeping the balance of the year......they are keeping the entire year.... The accessories that I just bought, well being that they came from Australia, Im responsible for shipping....... So it cost me 15$ for the accessories, think that its going to cost at least that to return????? DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANIES WEBSITE, only purchase through Amazon for just the simplicity of returning free hassle. DO NOT PURCHASE A 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION UNLESS YOU KNOW you're GOING TO KEEP THE DEVICE. UPDATE: After a couple of days and after they saw my review, Tractive did refund me the entire year's subscription. I haven't received a response in reference to the additional purchases for this device not being refunded. I guess the question is "Why does a customer have to go through this?"
