Used to be a great product, but not anymore.
Between 2015 and early 2017, I have purchased 3 of these tools. Each one had more torque than I expected out of something of this size. These are used everyday in a professional garage. Typically, they would last about a year or so, before either the ratchet pawl broke or the motor burned up. Granted, by the time they quit, they were covered in grease and probably had been dropped a time or two in the solvent tank or waste oil barrel! Starting in mid 2017, as the initial units were replaced, I noticed the "new" units had significantly less power than the older ratchets did and they were failing much faster. The last ratchet I bought, only survived 2 months before the motor froze up. Incidentally, this one has been primarily used for interior work, so it's had an easy (albeit short) life. I'm not sure if Milwaukee has recently sourced a new manufacturer or changed the specs, but the overall quality is not what I expect from such a trusted name. For a professional user, there doesn't seem to be much selection for cordless ratchets save for the tool truck brands. I've had great luck with Ingersoll Rand's new line of cordless impacts, so I might try their new cordless ratchet and let Milwaukee figure out where they went wrong on what used to be a great product.
