Listen, I read those "it hurt me" reviews and think "user error" just like most people do. But this is insane. It says on the jar not to get it in your eye. No problem. I had no plans to put scalp scrub in my eye anyway. Unfortunately the scrub had other plans. At first my right eye was BURNING LIKE HELL and I thought I must've somehow gotten some in. It was seriously hellfire and I was yelling for my husband to bring me the eyewash. Took At least 5 minutes for it to calm down enough that I could get back in and rinse this crap out of my hair. But then??? My left eye was ALSO BURNING and my right eye was BURNING AGAIN. Seriously, I used almost an entire brand new bottle of eye wash, and it's still stinging and I'm mildly blurry. As for the scrub itself, that clump of hair isn't even half of what came out, and that was in the maybe 10 seconds before I jumped out of the shower to wash my eye. There's basically no way to get this to your scalp without getting it lost in your hair, and ripping out clumps. I was hoping for a gentler version of Lush BIG, but this ain't it. I'm shocked at the reviews, I really am. It made me doubt myself, but I've made plenty of stupid beauty mistakes in my years, and I know I was careful. PLEASE be extra careful if you choose to use this, and have some eye wash handy.
