See my video. I bought this pillow 4-6 years ago and LOVED IT. Thick, with enough support, I've never had a pillow so wonderful. After a few years of course, it looses it's loft, so I order another one ... same brand, model, but this time it's not enough support. My head sinks too low (and I'm not huge ... I'm only about a 170 lbs man, at 6'2”, that's not a big head), and in fact it's not even as supportive as the older worn one is today, which has lost loft over time. So I weighed it. It's about half a pound lighter ... not seemingly a huge amount (about 20% less), but in a sewed-up region that makes a huge difference to the ability to hold up a head. Basically they got all these reviews and decided it was good enough to live on their laurels and rip everyone off going forward and save what ... $0.50 of fill? The ratings are still pretty high, but that's because the new users of this pillow have no idea how great it was before. Really disappointed. I'm currently still using the older pillow instead.
