First, I have never written an Amazon review because I've always had good experiences. This item however I thought was a joke. When I opened the box i got a piece of foam inside a very oversize pillow case. It isn't even a case of the foam is needing to expand, it was already fully expanded not vaccuum sealed at all. When I opened the case to look at the foam , you can clearly see there is no seperation or ability to adjust. The foam feels like something you would put in a bench seat and is not memory foam at all. I'm not sure if this company has gone out of business that makes this foam and is now just scamming away inventory but this product is not something I would ever try to sleep on as a pillow, maybe to use as a bleacher seat at a sporting event. Worst purchase I have ever had on Amazon.
