I has previously rated this mop five stars and I still love the mop, however the manufacturer does not sell the batteries separately. The battery charges very slowly so having a second, freshly charged battery in important, especially if you forget to charge the one in the mop before you put it away. Also, if the battery ever dies you're going to have to throw the mop away. It's ridiculous that the manufacturer does not make extra batteries available and that's enough of a reason to rate this mop one star and recommend that you don't buy it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This mop is great! It's well made, very easy to use and does a great job. I'm not sure I would go as far as some other reviewers and say that it makes mopping "fun", but I will say I don't dread it like I did with a regular mop and it takes half the time and about 1/10 the effort now. I highly recommend this electric mop.
