I purchased this because I am having hip replacement surgery. It states it is appropriate for an elongated toilet, but it does not. It fits with several inches of mobility back and forth which makes it very unstable and dangerous. When I tried to return the item, I was informed that it was an unreturnable item. I may be missing something, but I could not find that it was unreturnable anywhere on the page of the item. Bad show amazon. Now I am stuck with something that cannot be used, and I have to purchase something that will fit correctly. After many years as a customer with stellar customer service, I am extremely disappointed and upset.
