I bought this for my mothers walker. It does not fit on her walker bar, and I wanted to return it to Amazon. As I began the process of returning...it stated "This item is not available for return". I could not find that disclaimer anywhere. Now I am left with a walker basket that I cannot use. My very first time to be disappointed with Amazon. I am still puzzled. Would not recommend as not all walkers are the same size
