PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ I'm only giving this one star so people will read this and hopefully be informed. I'm sure the product works great for most people, but I did not know at the time of ordering this that L-Arginine can be a trigger for EBV (Epstein-Barr Virus) which is a very serious health issue for a quite a few people, including myself. I have been diagnosed with mono 4 times now. If you don't know the relationship between EBV and mono, please research. I followed the recommended use for a few nights and woke up one day with my lymph nodes swollen and my neck and head sore. L-arginine can make EBV resurface if you've had a run in with it before. For most people, it will not happen, but for some with weaker immune systems or health problems it can be a huge trigger (especially in this high dosage) for it to surface. EBV is a herpes family virus, and L-arginine has been linked to triggering any of the herpes family virus that people may carry. Please be safe with this, and do your research, because I am paying for it now with many health issues. Also research foods that are high in L-arginine if you are having problems. Be safe!
