Kindle version incomplete.
Kindle version is missing diagrams and examples. It will reference to them but nothing is there. I would like a refund, I would get the paper back, stay away from the kindle version. How do you understand what he is talking about when the examples and diagrams are missing? Hey, Amazon, how do I get a kindle refund?
