Benefiber itself is highly beneficial when you need that extra help but this seller obviously sells expired versions of this. It did not do anything and after 3 different opportunities of purchasing from them over the last year, I am convinced this seller sells some inert, expired version of this product. It is NOT a fake but simply does nothing. I finally had to leave my cave and purchase it at a store. Unfortunately, since I had gotten use to trying to triple the serving size, the "fresh" store bought Benefiber worked a bit toooooo good! I had to finally follow the suggested serving. I am just sharing my experience since this is something that is ingested.
