Bad product, bad customer support.
This stopped cooling in less that 10 months. I tried resetting, cleaning, and even running it on AC. Contacted customer support a week ago and have not heard a word. Now I am left with a cooler that has a digital thermometer that tells me when to switch out the ice jug from my freezer to maintain a decently low temp. Bad product, bad customer support.
