Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased the unit because of the reviews and the help I received when trying to figure out the best unit for my needs. I work for a non-profit and we are trying to be more green and use it as an educational tool. However, when I went to install the batteries I had trouble getting the inverter to work. I tried emailing and calling with no response. I ended up having to call someone local to help me out and they stated that the diagram was drawn wrong (which was done by hand) and that the configuration of the batteries was wrong. I was also informed that the batteries I received were the wrong voltage for the system I was told that I had. There was no real instruction for the kit and the storage container itself will probably fall apart after I move it a couple of times. Plus, there is no ventilation in the storage container and the inverter needs airflow to work properly. I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear and then after they got their payment they were done with me as a customer. I do not recommend buying from this company. I am going to have to completely redo this system to get it working properly and safely, and not to mention spend around another $1000 on it. Thank you be prepared solar for ripping off a non-profit. I do not like writing negative reviews but this is the only way I feel like I can get through to you.
