I was so excited about using this product and I immediately did as soon as ot arrived. It cleaned bt the floor did not shine but that was ok. The next day i see that the entire bottle of fluid had leaked.. I put some water in it and that leaked again. Now I cant use this product .The worst is the customer service.I tried multiple times and nobody comes on the call and so i was forced to write this review.
