I have the twin torch insert. My friend and I each bought them and have identical results. The little piece of metal used for the ignition spark comes more or less centered between the two jets. Because of this it takes many tries to get it to light. He and I both solved this by bending the little electrode towards one of the 2 Jets. It lights probably 3 out of 4 tries this way. I expected much higher quality from the zippo company.
