Purchased 3 chairs for my office. Initially these chairs were very nice, however in January, purchased chairs in October, all three chairs started to slowly sinking and lean in different directions. After inspecting the base of each chair I found the metal bracket that connected the seat to the cylinder was bending at the welds, causing the seat to lean and hit the lever slightly, which, in turn, caused the height to slowly lower. I called the manufacture explaining to them what the issue was. They stated that the chair was no longer under warranty so they couldn't help me. I asked if there was a way that I could just purchase the medal bracket, since the rest of the chair was perfectly fine. The CS rep stated that they have limited parts available to cover products under warranty only. Product description does say limited warranty, but I couldn't find the details about said warranty anywhere on the site. Really disappointed that these chairs are now going to waste because the manufacture it's willing to even sell me new brackets. Tried finding similar brackets online, but it must be proprietary because I couldn't find any with the same assembly dimensions. I will not be purchasing from BestOffice again.
