The quality of the parts, for the price, is good. Unfortunately, the design of three different parts does NOT ALLOW DISASSEMBLY FOR CLEANING. This device could not be legally used in a professional kitchen where all tools must be able to be taken apart for cleaning or sealed so as to not require it. Simple truth is, after a few times, small particles of food WILL be retained in the multiple small openings in this device that cannot be cleaned. Those particles WILL DECOMPOSE and HAPPILY JUMP IN in the next time you chop veggies for dinner. Not good.
