The seller promises the moon in their description and the cap fell way short of the claims in the description. First, don't be fooled by the "slouch" appearance of the photo. This is not much bigger than your average beanie. If you are using it for long hair to sleep with, it won't work. There's not enough room in the cap for your hair and you wake up with a flattened curl mess on your head. Despite the claim on the packaging that the cap is refundable/returnable if you’re not satisfied, the seller sent an initial email telling me that they didn't want the cap back and were going to refund me for 50%. This means I have a cap I can't use and I get to pay $10 for the privilege of ordering something that didn’t meet the expectations set by the description of the cap. The seller came back around after I let them know I’d be leaving a negative review and refunded the full amount. They apologized and suggested I learn how to use it properly (um, not sure there’s a big learning curve there...).
