Unfortunately these didn't work. They look great, and are a wonderful idea, but just a couple days after we put them up a bird slammed into our window, landing between two of these stickers that were less than 8 inches apart. The reason I'm writing is just to try and help the birds (I don't mean that to sound silly, we just got so sad when birds would slam into our window and hurt themselves). Anyway, what we realized was that the birds were only hitting one of our two large glass doors in the back. One of the windows has a sliding screen door in front of it, the other right next to it doesn't have a screen in front of it. The birds weren't hitting the large window that was a sliding screen. So we had a screen door installed in front of the the glass window that doesn't move. It's been a year and we haven't had any birds hit either of our large glass windows. We think this is because they both now have a screen in front of them. It seems like the screen might interrupt enough of the reflection so that the birds don't mistake it for clear flying space. Just wanted to pass this along.
