The product was damaged inside one of those plastic boxes you need genuine tools to open, many people complained about the hose on these units, I decided to show you the truth. The hose is wound in an oval shape and is packaged inside one half of the plastic package, the shower head is in another container separate. What you cannot see until you open the package (again think of that ridiculous plastic packaging that you get frustrated with) needing some sort of utility knife to open and then have to "still peel apart" is that the hose is damaged crimped in packaging!! Because the hose is damaged and "kinked" or smashed new and out of the box, the shower head itself wont rest correctly on the handle cradle correctly. When you receive new products such as these damaged from a brand name DELTA you should realize that the globalist in their zeal to squeeze a profit from China shipped you BROKEN WORTHLESS Junk! I wanted to post the pictures just so others could see. Keep in mind some products from China are cheap and you get what you paid for, but this is a cruel hoax and a guarantee that you will be changing that shower head AGAIN as what you pulled out was needed replacement, what you just bought is junk, and that of course you need something that actually works. This product is as bad as the reviews and must be an illegal import from the Chicoms stealing the Delta name. These photos are new out of the box, I wish I had not discarded the old shower head because what was sent is pure TRASH.. and junk
