Overall the fan works as it should except for this terrible knocking noise. If you turn the fan up more than the second level it makes a loud knocking noise that does not stop. I tried everything I could to fix it, even attempting to take the back off of the fan where I found a nut floating around the inside of the fan (pictured above) I thought that would be the end of it but when I turned the fan on again the sound continued. Honestly if it wasn’t such an unbearable sound I wouldn’t have such a problem, but at this price point I expected higher quality. Very disappointed.
