First, know that if your purchase these headphones through Amazon that your warranty is automatically invalid, because BÖHM does not recognize Amazon or Seller1On1 as an authorized dealer. Second, I had difficulty getting these to pair with my laptop. I bought these for use in my office where there are multiple wireless devices in use, so it didn't surprise me that it would take a moment or two to pair. It did surprise me that the button you hold down to pair the headphones (labeled the Multifunction button) is also the on/off button. Hold it down too long (because the blue flashing indicator light that shows pairing has been activated works intermittently at best) and the headphones turn off and you have to start all over again. Third, once the headphones do connect if I have them set to both listen to music and take VoIP calls only part of the music can be heard, like when you listen to music over wired headphones and don't have the jack pushed all the way in. This is solved by disconnecting the "Forward VoIP Calla to Handsfree" option, but for $99.99 you would think both operations would work simultaneously. Fourth, on occasion pressing the Multifuction button would shut down my computer and monitors in addition to the headphones. My IT Support technician was able to go in and change the settings to prevent this from happening, but the fact that this setting was even an option seems wrong to me. Fifth, the manual that comes with the device is just a trifold pamphlet with minimal information (see picture).I thought perhaps this was to be kind to the environment and that there would be a more expansive manual online, but no. There's to manual, no troubleshooting guide and no customer support. Sixth, as of today I have owned my headphones for 3 months and 6 days and they will no longer hold a charge. In short, this product was a waste of money. I thought I did a decent amount of research when I was preparing to make this purchase, but I was a fool. The company has no real contact info and a virtually hollow Facebook page with customer questions and complaints that have gone unanswered. I was scammed, don't let it happen to you.
