I have multiple iRobot products and have owned every roomba and braava that has been released by iRobot. This is by far the worst product so far. The tires are too slick and will get stuck in average tile grout, the robot will continue to move across onto the carpet and then get stuck. The m6 is not worth the $500.00 they are asking for and if you are a first time braava customer I would recommend getting the cheapest one and save your money or something else. The mapping is a good feature to tag team with the m6 but because I have to put up virtual walls to contain the m6 this feature is useless. Customer service also isn’t helpful with these problems and will only repeat what the error troubleshooting tips recommend.
