Let’s start with the pros: Looks like a real toilet Flushing sound is cute and my son likes to flush it. Cons: Whichever engineer designed this needs to find a new career. This thing is so impractical! Assembly took 5-10 minutes. More complicated than other potties but I could easily handle it. Attaching the “boy” piece is very complicated takes precise alignment. As soon as my son lifts the lid it falls off and I have to realign it perfectly to get it back on. My son lifts the lid every time. I’m constantly annoyed at having to replace the boy piece several times a day. The lid to the top of tank does not snap on or stay put. It merely sits on top of the tank. If I choose to move the potty it falls off. When my son sits on the potty, the lid falls off. The issue is that it doesn’t snap on and is a heavy piece because of the battery compartment. when my son plays with the flushing lever, he always knocks it on to the ground. As a working toddler mom, the last thing I want to make time for is reassembling a potty that falls apart several times a day. I emailed Summer Infant to ask if this was normal or if I have a defective model. They did not address my concern. They just asked about where I live and said they don’t ship there. Thanks? Worthless.
