Don't invest in products from Radius!
I have had 3 of the Radius products. I had this model (203) for several (~3) years now. It broke at the handle, as it has done for several other owners after only 3 or so months of their using theirs. At least I got 3 years of use for my close to $50 original purchase. They look cute, and true they really don't rust at all; so after using mine for three years, it did enter the ground easier than my steel tools. But I'd rather spray my steel ones with WD-40 over the winter to prevent rust, and have them last for 15 years. After reading all the recent comments from folks with similar experience and what they had to go through to get a replacement when theirs broke, I'm going to spend $25 and get a steel True Temper, or maybe I'll splurge on the Kobalt (Lowes) fiberglass handle fork for $30. I have had American made steel forks for 30 years and not one has broken yet. I'm 76 years old now, and 15 more years of use is all I ask!
I had same experience with the Radius Transplanting shovel (Model 201). It held together at the base of the handle, but broke half way down the shovel section! At least I have been able to grind it to shape for use as a "long handled garden spade" for plants less than 6 to 8 inches deep!
So far the Radius 202 Shovel is holding up fine!
