It malfunctioned and was returned to Amazon. Shipped thru Amazons bulk department.
I spoke to two reps from De'longhi a few days ago. The product was not working. I faxed receipts and info requested. I received a call from the refund processing dept and that I didn't need to do anything else. I was told I would be called within a couple of days to tell me when it would be picked up. I haven't received the refund from my Amazon account and have not received a call as to what to do with the defective unit.
