I received the Advanced Weather Station with Atomic Time for Christmas. It worked well for a couple of months at which point the outside sending unit ceased communicating with the base station. I changed the batteries to no avail. I changed the location of the sending unit. Finally I called tech support at Oregon Scientific. After being on hold for 40 minutes I got an agent. He was not helpful, insisting that I only needed to reset the unit. I had already done that a number of times. The rep then said he'd send me an email detailing what to do. It never arrived. I was tempted to just write it off and buy a different unit but that doesn't sit well with me. I can not recommend these units. When they work they are fine but they will stop unexpectedly and you will find it difficult to impossible to get any satisfaction from Oregon's tech department.
