**UPDATE** Recently the manufacturer did finally contact me regarding the broken unit that I purchased. They told me that if I delete this review that they will give me my money back. I decided that I'm going to eat the $150 so that I can help strangers avoid the same mistake I made (no need to thank me :-). And because I'm not going help them rip off more customers, guess what, no refund. So think long and hard before you decide to do business with this company. A broken device is still a broken device no matter how low the price. Maybe if they offer me $1500 I might consider removing the comment. :-) Nothing worked. The NVR just flashes a blue light and does nothing. Emailed support, no response. I can not trust the safety and security of my employees and family members to this product or company. Use caution if you decided to buy this.
