Used this grill several times a week last year (2017). About half way through the summer things started falling off. First was the latch that secures the lid. Melted. No big deal as I didn't use it anyway. Then the handle fell off. Again just melted. No way to secure it back on. Had to attach a piece of wire to the lid so it could be opened and closed. The igniter only worked half the time from the get-go. Rather than put up with all of this for another season, I pitched it in the trash this week and ordered a Char-Broil portable grill from Amazon. It has more cooking area, more BTU, and is less expensive. Will write a review on it once we get into BBQ weather in Michigan.
