This was working brilliantly...for a grand total of 20 minutes!! While using it, the pitch of the pressure washer suddenly changed, and then water started POURING out of the INSIDE of the pressure washer. It just BROKE! Update: one call to the customer service line and they immediately concluded that I had a defective machine. They are sending me out a new machine at their cost...I just have to send back the broken one. My only inconvenience is that I have to take the broken one back apart and package it back up to ship back to them (they are paying for shipping...so that is good!), and I have to wait for the new one to arrive, put it together, and then PRAY is lasts longer than this one! I will give more stars IF the new one can actually do the job that is is meant to do without immediately breaking!
