Even though it says it is a 10 cup bowl, you can't fill it over the level of the blades without it leaking. There is no seal on the lid so any liquid reaching the lid when it is on will just come out! I called Hamilton Beach and they said even though this isn't specified on the box or advertizing, it is in the booklet that comes with it. Also, the bowl scraper that I thought would be a handy feature only comes to the top of the blades, so if you can only fill it to there, it is totally useless. They would not do an exchange or a refund and just recommended I buy another one of their products instead. That won't be happening!!
