I ordered this vacuum and when I read the set up instructions, I was shocked to learn it basically needs its own room to dock in. There needs to be 6 clear feet on each side and several feet in front. It’s ironic since I purchased it for a small home never thinking it’s docking space would be an issue. I also was unable to provide this review for several weeks leading me to conclude that the ratings are inaccurate. I have to say that the customer service is excellent. Item was returned with no issues and I received an immediate response to this comment.
