I bought this recently and the material has started fluffing and producing a lint (separating). This causes irritation and itchiness when it's on your face which is very discomforting and prevents you from sleeping as it defeats the purpose of this product. Please refer to the photos. Please advise who I can contact (provide or send me the contact details) in order to get a replacement?
