I originally bought 3 of these almost two years ago and sll 3 didn't work correctly. Mgmt was going to send me another one for free just to let them know how it worked. Two years later and someone from their company emailed me. After several emails they actually sent me two new units to test for them. Both of these units charged up fine and so far are working very well. I have an iPhone 6 Plus. I let me phone power down to around 5% and used the poweradd to fiully chafe my phone to 100%. My phone didn't charge any faster using the quick charge port. That option is probably meant for people who use android phones. I fully drained and recharged my phone another two times. The poweradd external battery gave me 2 full charges and around a half charge for my 3rd time. I emailed the company and they let me know the poweradd will reach full charging capacity after 3 or 4 full charges. So apparently I should be able to charge my phone even more in the near future. Those units ended up not working correctly at all so I returned them and got 2 new chargers. Neither would charge to 100% and they both turned off when I was using them to charge a phone. The brand new chargers wouldn't fully charge. They just stopped charging after a while and I couldn't get either to charge fully. The item will turn off in the middle of charging my phone. I have now had 7 of these and none of them have worked correctly
