Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought two of these units, less than a year ago. One works as expected. The other one never shuts off. The company's customer service insists that the fan of this model is supposed to run continuously, despite the fact that I have another unit that shuts off when it reaches the set level. Also note that in answer to a customer question on Amazon, "Does the fan keep on running or does it turn off when setting is reached?", four customers indicate that it shuts off. Something is amiss here. And Keystone customer service refuses to recognize there is a problem. Anyway, if you want a unit that has a fan that shuts off, don't count on it with this model.
