To begin with , It's OXO and I 've never had any problems with their products. This looks good, does the job soooo much better than my spice grinder and is easy to clean. Set the grind, push the button ...done. Good job OXO... EDIT..After 2-3 uses, timer function has ceased to operate having to hold button in every 2 seconds to get a grind. However, tech support was fabulous with a replacement being sent out. Another "However," is that in the course of looking for a Users Guide, I found the same grinder on another site for $30 less. That's quite a difference Amazon...Addendum..have used the new grinder twice and it has ceased to function. Return is turning out to be hell also...
