Let me just say that if I had done this review within the first two weeks of getting this griddle, it would have been 5 stars and I would have left the most wonderful review. But fast forward a couple more weeks, and I am so disapointed. We have used it SO much since we got it, seriously like almost every day. It's perfect for pancakes, bacon, grilled cheese, you name it. But the last couple times we have used it, it is cooking really uneven. You can see the bacon on one side of the griddle is done, and the other half of the pan is not at all. This is a bummer, I'll still use it and just plan for uneven cooking but I don't feel I should have to do that after only about a month or so of owning it :( :(
