Never buy a book that has a more expensive Kindle price than the dead tree physical price.
It is completely irrational to charge more for a kindle download than a dead tree book that must be physically handled, manufactured, stored and shipped. I won't buy a book priced that way and if we all stop doing so (the kindle or physical version) the stone age publishing world will eventually wake up.
