Beware: Explicit scene(s)
If you are fine with modern morals you will probably love the book, unfortunately I read this genre because I prefer clean books with a great story. So I was very disappointed when half way through, the supposedly innocent heroine basically meets the hero alone in a deserted residence with the plan to seduce and be seduced. Unfortunately that section ended my reading, I glanced at it enough to realize it was quite explicit. The story had been excellent up until then. That section was not needed nor did it add to the story. I can only guess what the rest of the book focussed on after that episode. I have read several of Elizabeth Coles books previously and found them excellent and clean reading. I was really enjoying this read up until the half-way point. If you enjoy explicit reading with todays morals, you will probably love this book, as the writing and story was very good from what I read (other than the scene mentioned). Based on the other reviews the story continued to be excellent. This review is for those like myself who like to know ahead of time if a book is written without explicit scenes.
