it's beautiful packaged. looks great in it's overpacked box. take it out. check out all the instructions first. follow them. then when it doesn't work after 30-45 minutes of messing around with it, search online for hours and realize that hundreds of other people have had the exact same problem making this crappy product work. first, resist the initial reaction to just throw the whole thing away. second, email customer support for help. you should receive a form letter that doesn't answer anything near what you asked within 7-10 business days. then go out to the trash, dig through it to find your receipt, and return this piece of crap and try to not be bitter about how much time you wasted on it and just move on, knowing that you are wiser know and will never buy another irig product again. remember, friends dont let friends irig.
