Update- Replacement unit broke too! This newest one started to short out and die by doing so it caused all kinds of power spikes in my home and car and even the car recommend going to a repair shop because of it. All my wiring was new work done by a certified electrician and still tests as good. I'm so mad I cant take dealing with them anymore, they couldn't even be bothered to ship out a new working charger overnight or next day delivery; it's too expensive, I was told.. Dont let a 500-600 dollar charger destroy your expensive electric car.. Look ANYWHERE else for a company you can trust. like others have said.. A firmware push broke the unit and now only charges at level one. Had to put a 200 deposit for a return. While the previous reviews are good, I'm going to be selling the replacement and buying a different brand.. I don't have the time or energy to deal with an inferior product or a company with this much incompetence.
