I don't know about you but the objective of getting a clear case is to show off how elegant the iPhone X really is. My go-to case "was" Otterbox because of it's durability. Within a week's time however, the sides started to turn yellow; within 2 weeks even more yellow. So I call the Otterbox customer service to ask if the case is supposed to turn yellow. They say no, so I ask for a replacement. To their credit, they replace it with no problem, albeit, a $6 shipping charge. I get the 2nd one and within the same 2 weeks, it was pretty yellow again. I call Otterbox again and they send me a 3rd one, free of charge this time because I insisted (since they won't admit it turns yellow). Sure enough, after 2 weeks it was yellow again. Folks, it just looks awful with a yellow tint around the sides...it just removes the beauty of the phone. Fortunately, I had known a person who had a Speck Presidio clear case, and theirs had not turned yellow. I finally bought the Speck case in July. We are now in September and it has not turned yellow. Go Speck if you HATE that yellow tint. I'm careful with my phone so I don't usually drop it...I'm not sure is Speck can handle drops better than Otterbox but it sure looks good without that DAMNED yellow tint.
