Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was extremely excited to try this product! I wanted to find something that was safe for whitening teeth and gentle on my gums. I have tried multiple teeth whiteners in the past, but they were extremely painful (tooth sensitivity) and bleached my gums and made them bleed! When I came across this product and after reading the reviews I was intrigued and hopeful this product would actually work! After taking my before and after pictures(& not being impressed by my results), I went back and looked online at my fellow Amazonians' reviews, I realized that a lot of the "before" pictures were taken without the flash on or in poor lighting. The "after" pictures were taken with either the flash on or in better lighting. I can't believe I didn't notice that before but it makes a HUGE difference of the actual shade of the teeth. (The "before & after" pictures I took are in the same lighting with the flash on.) I have used the Active Wow 4x now and I haven't noticed any changes. If anything, it makes my teeth look more yellow because the charcoal gets stuck around (& in) the gumline giving your teeth a creepy/weird hue. As far as the taste and texture, it doesn't really have a taste and a tad gritty like powdery sand. Still on the hunt for a product that gives me a Steve Harvey smile! ;)
