I'll never buy a Cuisinart product again. I've had issues with most Cuisinart products I've purchased in the past and am happy to put them in any garage sale. I bought this to replace a workhorse Sunbeam that I had for years. I liked this juicer a lot when it first arrived. It spins both ways to extract the most juice from your citrus, then has a "spin cycle" to extract any remaining juice out of the pulp. After approx. 2 ½ months, the juicer went into permanent "spin" mode spewing the juice and pulp everywhere. Amazon only has a 30 day return policy so I called Cuisinart customer service. Cuisinart said they would send me a new one if I paid for shipping at $10+ dollars and pay to ship the faulty unit back - basically the cost of the juicer! They were very unapologetic and overall very poor customer service with the call ending in, "can I do anything else for you today?" Click.
