Safety Hazard
I purchased this product April 2016. Until now I had no reason to use the "no battery" side of the UPS. When I attempted to plug into that side a spark (more like a flame) that was about 1 inch in size shot out. This does not happen on the "battery" side. I do not recommend this unit.
