Good for carpet but not hardwood or laminate floors!
The rug pad has no grip whatsoever on slick floors. It would be great on carpet but not on hardwood. I should’ve returned it but it seemed to difficult to get it rolled back up and wrapped. I’ll use some other grippy stuff under it. I’ve almost fell a few times bc it shifts so easily on the our floors.
