Ahhh, the toaster looks great, but it does not toast bread evenly. I'm adding to photo to show how the top and bottom toasts differently. I tried calling the company, but spent 27 minutes on hold, never was able to reach a human. I tried a second toaster at a retail store, and the results were the same. Arrrgh.
